Development and implementation methodology
For an efficient management of each of the mandates entrusted to us, we apply the PMP (Project Management Professional) methodological framework. This is a standardized project management process that has been implemented in more than 40 countries. To ensure the delivery of projects, we make sure to respect this complete process by taking the following steps:
Identification of needs
With the client, we identify the needs in terms of project and we assign a project manager
Start-up
High-level project definition (authorization, feasibility), resource allocation, production of a draft schedule and client approval
Project plan
Analysis completion (in collaboration with the client) and requirements identification, production of specifications and mock-ups, client validation and approval of the proposal
Execution
Fulfillment of defined project plan requirements, development, quality assurance, client approval of deliverables, follow up of production start-up and support
Closing
Knowledge transfer, project review, billing, customer satisfaction survey, warranty period, maintenance and documentation
Warranty
Following the delivery of the project, a warranty period is in effect. The specifics of this guarantee are indicated in the specifications, which are previously approved by the client and indicate the duration and the terms of correction
