Development and implementation methodology

This is a standardized project management process that has been implemented in more than 40 countries. Identification of needs
With the client, we identify the needs in terms of project and we assign a project manager
High-level project definition (authorization, feasibility), resource allocation, production of a draft schedule and client approval
Analysis completion (in collaboration with the client) and requirements identification, production of specifications and mock-ups, client validation and approval of the proposal
Fulfillment of defined project plan requirements, development, quality assurance, client approval of deliverables, follow up of production start-up and support
Knowledge transfer, project review, billing, customer satisfaction survey, warranty period, maintenance and documentation
